Tony DiCarlo grew up in New Jersey and started playing youth hockey with the Gladiators and then played for the Philadelphia Little Flyers. Tony transferred his Junior year of High School and played for Prep Hockey at the Canterbury School in New Milford Connecticut. Recruited by several Division 1 programs Tony finally decided to attend the United States Military Academy at West Point. Tony finished his career at Army with 101 pts.

Tony began his coaching career with the Pikes Peak Hockey Association while stationed at Fort Carson, Colorado. After moving back east Tony became the Coach for the Cardinals in the 2006-07 season and has remained on the bench since. The program won its first Championship during the 2019-20 season after defeating Good Counsel and capturing the WCAC Metro Division title.

The program competes in two Varsity Leagues (WCAC and CSHL) and plays an independent Junior Varsity schedule. We believe that the rink is an extension of the classroom. Our goal is simple:  Compete, Compete and Compete.
