2024 Bishop Ireton Summer Camps

Bishop Ireton High School is excited to offer 4 weeks of Summer Camps beginning June 17, 2024, through July 19, 2024 for kids 6th grade and up. Come explore what Bishop Ireton has to offer! We’ve added new camps, expanding choices in the areas of sports, fine arts and STEM! Please see below for descriptions of the camps. Registration is live now!

** Please note BI Summer Camps will be held on Juneteenth, June 19, 2024. We will recognize the importance and historical significance of this day at the beginning of the session on June 19.

Design your camp experience with choices of half-day programs, allowing your camper to explore different interests and customize their summer weeks. All camps are run by Bishop Ireton coaches, faculty and staff. A registered nurse and athletic trainer will be onsite each day.

Campers registered for both morning and afternoon half-day sessions will enjoy lunch in our school cafeteria, Murphy Hall. Lunch is held in between camp sessions from 12-12:30 pm.

Campers who are only registered for one half-day session (morning or afternoon) do not have the option to eat lunch at Bishop Ireton.

Lunch may be pre-ordered weekly or brought from home. We will partner with local restaurants to provide a lunch option. You may register your camper for lunch for an additional fee of $15 per day, charged as a weekly fee.

The lunch menu will be posted in early spring.

Campers are not permitted to order food to be delivered or to leave campus during the half-hour break between sessions to ensure proper supervision, safety, and security.

Early drop off (8-8:45 am) is available for an additional fee of $10 per day, charged as a weekly fee. Campers signed up for early drop-off are to be dropped off and picked up at the lower lot student entrance (Door 15) beginning at 8 am. Campers are welcome to bring morning snacks with them to eat before their camp starts.

Please direct all questions to BI Camps Director, Mrs. Kieran Mitchell, at (703) 212-5166 or by email at summercamps@bishopireton.org.
