Come back to Cambridge Road and celebrate your Bishop Ireton reunion with a weekend full of events, memories, and connection. Reunite with classmates, relive old traditions and experience all that Homecoming weekend with the Cardinals has to offer.

2025 BI/SMA HOMECOMING AND REUNION WEEKEND!

We had a fantastic 2025 Homecoming and Reunion Weekend filled with Cardinal spirit, laughter, and connection. More than 100 guests attended the Athletic Hall of Fame Induction Ceremony honoring John Gallagher ’70, the 1968–1969 Varsity Boys Basketball Team, Lynn Ryan Johnson SMA ’80, Mike Johnson ’80, and Akunna Konkwo ’19. The Friday evening Homecoming Social welcomed more than 175 alumni and friends back to campus for a joyful night of camaraderie and celebration.

Saturday’s events continued with halftime recognition for the Class of 1975 and our newest Hall of Fame members during the Landon football game, adding to the weekend’s excitement. That evening, reunion celebrations took place across Northern Virginia, highlighted by the Class of 1975’s 50th reunion dinner at Cooper Mill in Old Town which was a wonderful gathering filled with stories, friendship, and shared memories.

The weekend concluded on Sunday with Mass, campus tours, and the annual Blessing of the Pets.

Information regarding next year’s Homecoming and Reunion Weekend will be shared in the new year. Thank you to all who joined us in making this year’s celebration such a memorable success.

    Home Football Game vs. The Landon School.

  • Sunday, October 5

    Mass at 10 am with refreshments, coffee and tours of the new and renovated spaces.
