Saxophone Quartet Supports Annual SOAR! Gala
The Bishop Ireton Saxophone Quartet, comprised of Duncan Beauch '20, Samantha Lee '21, Colin Moses '19 and Dr. Matt Evans (BI sax sectional lead and member of the U.S. Army Band, "Pershing's Own"), performed at the Italian Embassy In D.C. over the weekend for the annual Support Our Aging Religious Gala Dinner.
All enjoyed the beautiful music for this evening that honored and celebrated the aging Catholic religious. Ms. Melinda Hall organized the quartet to perform at the event. Olivia Hayes and AnneMarie Caballero represented Bishop Ireton as SOAR! volunteers.
The mission of SOAR is to provide funds for congregations to meet immediate needs of their retired and infirm members and to educate the public about the serious retirement needs confronting elderly religious.
