Bishop Ireton Boys Soccer competes on the Varsity and Junior Varsity levels with more than 40 student athletes participating in the program. In recent years, the program has produced WCAC All-Conference team members and numerous honorable mentions.

Under the guidance of head coach Jordan Clement, the program builds student athlete leaders through accountability, communication, and collective responsibility with an emphasis on tactical understanding, decision-making, and teamwork over individual statistics. Organized, purposeful training sessions with clear objectives focus on long-term player development rather than short-term results.

The boys soccer program is a team-first culture built on discipline, trust, and constant communication. Training sessions are designed to maximize touches, game realism, and problem-solving opportunities. Strong emphasis is placed on developing confident, technically sound players capable of playing multiple positions.

Committed to representing BI within the school and local community with class and professionalism, athletes have a high willingness to learn and improve both on and off the field while maintaining respect for teammates, opponents, officials, and the game. The daily team culture fosters servant leadership, accountability, and respect while promoting sportsmanship and integrity in competition.
