v. Potomac School
The Bishop Ireton Cardinals Varsity Baseball team fell to The Potomac School 13 - 3 but showed fight in the game with strong relief pitching and timely extra-base hitting.
On the mound, Thomas Foley ('27) delivered a strong performance in relief, pitching 4.2 innings, facing 28 batters, and recording two strikeouts.
Offensively, the Cardinals collected five hits, highlighted by back-to-back home runs from Andrew Antonio ('26) and Jack Brooks ('28). Sean Cosgrove ('26) added a double, while Foley and Jacob Hurley ('26) each contributed a hit.
