WCAC Semifinals
BI played in the first round of the WCAC playoffs against the third seed, St. Mary's Ryken. This game had a playoff atmosphere, and both teams were playing with intensity.
BI got off to a fast start with 2 goals in the first period, one by Logan McCarthy '27 that was assisted by Robert Mate '28 and one by Connor Seibel '26 that was assisted by Jacob Brink '27. SMR responded with 2 in the second period, but Noah Brink '29 added one for BI to maintain the lead. Kristopher Bergman '28 and Declan Higgins '26 assisted on that goal.
Michael Callender '26 added a goal in the third period that was assisted by Connor Seibel to give BI some breathing room. Barnaby Lant '27 with an assist by Matthias Borges '27 and Connor Seibel with an assist by Matthias and Barnaby added two empty net goals to the seal the victory and set the rematch with PVI for the WCAC championship.
