v. Benedictine College Prep
The Cardinals opened the weekend slate with a commanding 89–28 win over Benedictine, dominating from start to finish. Ireton’s defensive pressure overwhelmed the Cadets, forcing turnovers, contesting every shot, and holding Benedictine to one of their lowest scoring totals in years.
On the offensive side, the Cardinals flowed with balance and pace. Multiple players contributed across the board, but the night belonged to Silas Devonish, who poured in 28 points and set the tone with aggressive drives, shot-making, and vocal leadership. The win reflected the Cardinals’ focus on discipline, energy, and playing connected basketball.
