v. Bishop McNamara
The Cardinals traveled to Bishop McNamara for their ninth game of the season. It was a tough 5-3 loss, but starting pitcher Captain Ciara Funk pitched great. She went 6 innings striking out 7 while only walking 1. She was dealing, and catcher Abby Roche was calling and catching a great game! McNamara’s college bound pitcher limited the Cardinals to 3 hits with 1 each by Lucy Roche, Rachel Klaric and Captain Annie Simon.
The Cardinals fall to 3-2 in the WCAC, 6-3 overall.
