Again, BI found itself down two goals in the first but were able to come back from a 3-1 deficit to get the WCAC victory. the Cardinals got 2 goals from Robert Mate '28, and goals from Declan Higgins '26, Connor Seibel '26, Joseph Payne '28, and Kristopher Bergman '28.  Declan Edwards was stout in net saving 12 of 15 shots. The defensive effort from Edwards and BI was impressive given the short bench, which was made worse when they had to kill a five-minute major penalty. BI did not yield a goal during this penalty.
