The Bishop Ireton Cardinals Boys Varsity Soccer put on a dominant display, defeating Archbishop Carroll 7–0. The Cardinals led 3–0 by halftime and added four more goals in the second half to seal the emphatic win.
The scoring began early in the first half when Junior Gavin Moore found Senior Ian Moore, who calmly finished to open the scoring. The second goal came from a beautiful team move, finished off by Sophomore Max Jordan and assisted by Ian Moore. The third goal was struck by Junior Christian Stumpf, who fired a left-footed shot from outside the 18-yard box to make it 3–0 heading into halftime.

The second half saw the Cardinals continue their momentum. Sophomore Max Schneeberger got his first of the day early in the half before Max Jordan won and converted a penalty to make it 6–0. Schneeberger then capped off the night by winning a penalty himself and converting it confidently to complete his first WCAC hat-trick.

Standout Player:
Max Schneeberger (Sophomore) – recorded his first career WCAC hat-trick and now has 5–6 goals and 2–3 assists on the season, already doubling his goal contribution total from last year.
