The Bishop Ireton JV Cardinals fell to DeMatha 9-0 but turned in several strong individual performances against a tough opponent.

Offensively, the Cardinals recorded six hits, with Casen Reber ('29), Joseph Subasavage ('28), Samuel Dyck ('28), Beto Mate ('28), Colman Forrer ('29), and Ben Pearce ('29) each contributing one.

On the mound, Bishop Ireton received solid efforts from Subasavage and Reber. Subasavage faced 24 batters and allowed only one earned run. Reber followed in relief, facing 10 batters and also surrendering just one earned run.
