The JV Cardinals earned an impressive 15-4 victory over Hayfield, powered by a strong offensive performance and effective pitching.

At the plate, the Cardinals totaled 13 hits with production throughout the lineup. Brooks Gustafson ('28), Patrick Beretsel ('28), Casen Reber ('29), and Nicolas Bradshaw ('29) each collected two hits. Ben Funk ('29), James Rough ('29), Joseph Subasavage ('28), Ben Pearce ('29), and Adonai Pietros ('28) each added a hit. Extra-base hits came from Gustafson, Bradshaw, and Beretsel, who each recorded a double.

On the mound, Funk delivered a strong outing, facing 17 batters and recording five strikeouts. Samuel Dyck ('28) closed out the game and added two strikeouts to secure the win.
