v. Woodberry Forest
Bishop Ireton Boys Varsity Lacrosse opened their season with a 15-5 loss to Woodberry Forest in what was a tight game for the first half.
Carsten Snyder ('27) score the first goal of the season for the squad on a terrific and physical dodge to begin the game. Cooper Donaghy ('26) additionally started his Senior campaign with a hat trick, and fellow Senior Tanner Bartol ('26) went 56% from the X.
The team is looking to regroup and rebound next week against a strong SSSAS team, and the boys are looking forward to keeping their feet moving!
