Graduation Requirements

graduation requirements

Bishop Ireton has Christian Service requirements that involve service in all four years and is based on the belief that the Gospel calls all of our students to share their talents eagerly for the betterment of society.  60 hours are to be completed after four years.

** Two years of one World Language followed by two years of another World Language may be substituted.
***  Credit earned in the eighth grade for subjects normally taken in grades 9-12 (e.g., Algebra 1 and / or level 1 of a World Langauge) will only be listed on a student's transcript if the student passes the diocesan exemption exam and is placed in the next advanced level course.  This credit will not calculate into a student's cumulative or current GPA.  Students may not substitute these credits for overall Bishop Ireton graduation credits.
