Bishop Ireton Earns College Board’s AP Computer Science Female Diversity Award

Bishop Ireton has earned the prestigious College Board “AP Computer Science Female Diversity Award.” This distinction represents Bishop Ireton’s success in “attaining female student representation in AP Computer Science Principles (CSP) for 2019.”

Out of the more than 20,000 schools that offer AP courses, only 639, including Bishop Ireton, received this honor. According to College Board, “This honor acknowledges the outstanding work your school is doing to engage more female students in computer science.”

Congratulations to our entire Computer Science department for their dedication to our students!
