$10.00	Package #1: 18" Mylar balloon, card, banner
$19.00	Package #2: 18" Mylar balloon, card, banner, plus a 6" cake ** Cake orders m ust be ordered 3 days in advance. Cake is a yellow cake with butter cream frosting. "Best Wishes" with a frosting rose and chocolate curls.
Phone orders should provide: your name, phone number, name of recipient, date to be picked up, person picking up the order from the BI Bookstore, and the method of payment. Orders will be ready for pickup by 7:45 am. If a student is picking up an order and decorating a locker, they will be given a permission slip to do so prior to morning release time.
